Everything you need to know about ordering with Envy Forged.
How does the ordering process work?
You select your wheel, configure your vehicle fitment, size, finish, and quantity — then check out securely via Stripe. Once your order is received we place it directly with our manufacturer in China. You get email updates at each stage: order received, in production, and shipped with tracking.
Where are your wheels manufactured?
All Envy Forged wheels are manufactured by Taizhou Gushi Technology Co., Ltd. — an IATF16949 and ISO9001 certified facility producing over 100,000 forged wheels per year. We import directly, which is how we can offer forged pricing that undercuts most domestic brands.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. Shipping from China to the US takes an additional 2 to 4 weeks depending on the freight route. Total lead time is generally 6 to 10 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout.
What sizes and fitments are available?
We offer wheels from 17 to 22 inches across five construction types: One-Piece, Two-Piece, Three-Piece, Racing Beadlock, and H-Type Off-Road. Our fitment engine covers 400+ vehicle models with verified bolt pattern, center bore, and offset data. Square and staggered setups are both supported.
Can I get a custom offset or width?
Yes. Our fitment calculator gives you OEM, Flush, and Poke offset options based on your vehicle. If you need something outside those presets, email us at envyforgedcontact@gmail.com and we can work with Gushi directly on custom specs.
What finishes are available?
Standard finishes are included in the base price. Premium finishes — Brushed, Polished, and Chrome — are an additional $50 per wheel. All finishes are applied at the factory and inspected before shipping.
Do you offer a warranty?
Gushi's manufacturing quality is IATF16949 certified, meaning each wheel goes through dimensional inspection and load testing before leaving the facility. We stand behind the product. If you receive a wheel with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will make it right.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Wheels are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Fitment changes can be accommodated before production begins — once a wheel enters production it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your vehicle fitment notes before checking out.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. We never see or store your card information. Stripe handles PCI compliance, fraud detection, and encryption on their end.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime at envyforged.com/order/status using your email and order ID. You will also receive automatic email updates when your order status changes, including a tracking number once your wheels have shipped.
